About the Artist:

Primarily self taught, Maria has mastered the art of palette knife oil painting as well as pastel and chooses to employ these disciplines while painting or sketching en plein air. Sketching across Southern Ontario and Muskoka has yielded the artist some devoted followers .

A mainstay at outdoor exhibitions across the GTA, Iva is making a name for herself through her medium of choice and has recently won the prestigious En Plein Air event at the McMicheal Gallery in Klienburg (2018 )
